• In total, we are the service provider for more than 500 systems, mostly bank and insurance companies within Austria and Switzerland.

For this service our tool SQL-IMS is used and we are responsible for:

• Monitoring & Creating tickets
• Backup
• Maintenance
• Security
• 24/7 support
